You can find guided meditations, tons of articles, a podcast, and much more.
Another great resources is the app Insight Timer. Insight Timer is a free app for mobile phones that has a huge number of meditations, yoga practices, talks, and courses. In addition, you can connect with other people and join groups to engage with a mindfulness-based community. There are great short meditations for beginners, and practices from a ton of different traditions.
You can also find other ways to practice, like mindful eating. Remember there are many ways to begin practicing. Also from One Mind Dharma comes the wonderful book Practicing Mindfulness. This book has 75 short chapters with super concise and clear instructions for bringing mindfulness to your life.
